Dear Friends,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to this GRADUA2’s Project Web page. The GRADUA2 Project it is supported by the ALFA Program of the European Commission and its main objective is to support institutions of higher education around the world to conduct graduate follow-up studies and to apply the results in their processes of continuous improvement.
For achieving the aforementioned objective, a network of 21 universities and institutions from Europe and Latin America have been integrated under the coordination of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (México). All those institutions, representing 12 countries, have developed a culture of graduate follow-up studies as part of their institutional effectiveness programs.
The network, known as GRADUA2 Network, started its activities in February 2004. The Project has three main stages with specific objectives and there will be a meeting for the Network members for each stage. The first work meeting was held in July 2004 at Bologna, Italy (at the Universita degli Studi di Bologna). The second work meeting will be held next March 2005, in Monterrey, Mexico, at the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey, and the last work meeting will be held in Paris, France, next November.
In this site you can review the specific objectives of the GRADUA2 Project, the expected outcomes, the PowerPoint presentations showed by the Network members in the work meetings, amongst other information.
Receive a kind regard,
Dr. Teófilo Ramos
GRADUA2 Project Coordinator and
Registrar and Director of the Center of Institutional Effectiveness
Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey (México)
