(GRADUA2 Network members and experts will also be participating in this seminar)

Objectives of the Seminar:
1. Communicate the state of the art in the matter of graduate follow-up, based on the experiences of Latin-American and European universities.
2.

Convey the relevance of graduate follow-up studies as a means to:

• Learn about graduates’ professional careers: their position and evolution in the labor market
• Evaluate the institutional results regarding graduates’ education and satisfaction
• Evaluate the institutional results regarding employer satisfaction
• Promote the university-productive sector relationship, and, in general, the university-society relationship
• Incorporate improvements into the curricula
• Strengthen the university-graduate relationship
• Support the different publics served by a university in decision-making processes
• Define the institutional development policies
